SHIPPING POLICY
In the dynamic landscape of today’s fast-paced world, shipping rates are ever-changing. We are dedicated to securing the best shipping rates for our customers. Our shipping department consistently evaluates carriers to identify those offering the quickest and most efficient service to our various locations across Canada.
We welcome the option for clients to provide a shipper account number. If you opt for this, kindly provide your shipper account number and all pertinent shipping instructions on your PO. We value flexibility and aim to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
If an item is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect within 10 days of receiving your order, we will gladly replace or refund it. (Some conditions may apply**)
- Embroidered, screen-printed items and custom items are not eligible for return.
- All return requests must be received within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date.
- A return authorization number is required for all returns and must be included with the return shipment. Please contact our order management team at orders@mccormickwholesale.com.
- The return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items is our responsibility. We will provide a return label with the return authorization.
**We do not accept returns after 30 days of the invoice date.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel or modify a recently placed order, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment facility and is in the processing stage, it becomes non-cancelable and non-revisable.
ORDER PROCESSING
Like most websites, our system automatically initiates order processing upon receiving your order. You will receive an invoice for a payment from our accounting department. The invoice will have all the details of your order under customer notes. For any inquiries about this process, please email us at orders@mccormickwholesale.com.
OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS
While we strive to fulfill orders as received, product availability is a factor. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to discuss suitable replacement options. If the alternatives or adjusted delivery schedule are not acceptable, you may cancel the order.
